Concrete producers concern that how to dispose the concrete batching plants' waste water a lot. Most of disposal systems are no longer environmentally acceptable. There is a solution to recycle the waste water -- use it as batch water to make fresh concrete.

The problem of disposing concrete batching plants' waste water in an environmentally acceptable manner can be eased by re-using the waste water as concrete mixing water.

Stabilizing admixtures also provide an excellent way of dealing with waste water from concrete batching plant. Concrete treated with the stabilizing/activating admixtures behaves just like ordinary concrete, and perhaps better. These stabilizing systems have additional advantage in that not only waste water is recycled but all the returned concrete is recycled.
