Some Unpleasant experience of my customer that buy concrete batching plant from China trading company

Recently, a customer from Russia told him that he was cheated by a Chinese foreign trade company. Although the price of the equipment was cheap, the installation service was not provided. The customer was particularly disappointed. In the past 10 years, I have encountered some customers who are dissatisfied with equipment from China almost every year. Fortunately, after my explanation, the customer believed in us and finally bought our equipment.

I do apologise I thought it was a Russian company advertising batch plant but your advert was quite misleadingly.
I bought Chinese batch plant and the wicked , ignorant , rogues, heartless Chinese refused to come mount the plant , the parts were not complete and till date the plant was not mounted and lying in waste.
Besides the quality of Chinese batch plants are inferior quality and have not stood the test of time dishonesty , lies and callousness have plagued the Chinese businessmen and women.

But I don't agree with your comment about Chinese people. You should know that in any part of the world, there are good people and bad people. You can blame the unscrupulous factory that bought the equipment last time, but please don't deny all Chinese people.

Whether you buy our equipment or not, thst's not important. I just want to show you we are an honest enterprise. In the industry for more than 30 years, we have customers all over the world, including Russia. If your equipment is also used in Russia, you can visit our customer's site. Their concrete mixing plant are installed by our engineers.
