How to maintain dust removal system of concrete batch plant?

The dust removal system of concrete batch plant can reduce the pollution to the environment in some way. The followings are some aspects that we can maintain the dust removal system of the commercial concrete batch plant.

I. The machine and the surrounding environment keep clean.

II. Clear the accumulated material in the hopper in time to make the sensor return to zero normally.

III. Check if the lubricating oil at each lubrication point is sufficient; the oil mister in the pneumatic system should maintain sufficient oil.

IV. Check whether there is overheating or abnormal noise in each motor and electrical appliance. Whether the instrument indication is normal and the signal system is intact.

V. It is necessary to check and adjust the cylinder, butterfly valve and electromagnetic valve frequently, making them meet the requirements.

VI. Check each system frequently. It should be handled in time if there are the problems such as ash leakage, air leakage and oil leakage.

VII. The mixer and the discharge hopper should be cleaned every four hours to avoid the consolidation of residual commercial concrete and prevent normal operation.

VIII. Butterfly valves, mixers, electromagnetic valves, air filters and oil misters are maintained in accordance with the relevant instructions.
