The concrete mixing station, also known as concrete prefabrication plant, is a combined device for concentrated mixing of concrete. The model of the batching plant bases on  theoretical production per hour. The common models in China are: hzs25, hzs35, hzs50, hzs60, hzs75, hzs90, hzs120, hzs180, hzs240, etc.
For example, hzs25 refers to a batching plant with an output capacity of 25 cubic meters per hour. “S” means that the main machine is a twin-shaft forced mixer. By the way, the Chinese phonetic alphabet of twin-shaft is “shuangzhou”, so “s” refers to twin-shaft forced mixer.If the main unit uses a single-shaft, the model is HZD25(ps. the Chinese phonetic alphabet of single-shaft is “danzhou”, so “d” refers to single-shaft mixer).
