25 m³/h Concrete Mixing Plants for Sale

HZS25 concrete batching plant is a simple kind of automatic feeding concrete batching plant. It has the capacity at least 25m³ and mainly consists of JS500 concrete mixer machine, which can produce 0.5 cubic meter concrete in one mixing cycling time in 72s, and PLD1200 batching machine which productivity is 56m³/h. The structure is simple for convenient installation, dis-assembly and construction. It has the features like compact structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, rapid construction, good mobility, etc. It can be used in various precast concrete plants and highways, bridges, hydraulic engineering, ports and other industrial or civil construction projects.
Mixing System
HZS25 concrete plant adopts JS500 double-horizontal-shaft compulsory mixer with a reasonable structure, good mixing effect, short mixing time, low energy consumption and low noise, which can be used to mix flow, hard or light concrete and various motor.
Aggregate Storing System
The aggregate system of HZS25 Concrete Batch Plant is equipped with PLD1200 concrete batcher and fed by a hoist hopper, which has a compact structure, small occupation area, high mobility so that it can be transferred place to place easily.
Cement Storing System
Controlled by centralized control system, cement will be transported to cement weighing hopper by screw conveyor with a good sealing property, which can reduce the dust and noise pollution.
Weighing System
Cement, fly ash, water and admixtures are weighed on the electronic scales, which has a high batching accuracy.
